Grown without agrochemicals at ~1200 meters in Shizuo, Alishan. This tea is a new product for us, a more fruit forward approach to Alishan and a medium-light oxidation profile. 

Description

Dry leaves give off a cane sugar like sweetness. Broth brews up a balmy golden color. Aroma is mild and easygoing with florals and young stone fruit notes. It is fruit forward, with a rich, sweet flavor, and mouth filling syrupy-milky texture.

Clean, flavorful tea with a laid back broth that makes for many a pleasant session. Comforting, good natured tea.
