2 Roast Imladris Wild High Mountain Oolong

Harvested from wild growing tea bushes on Lishan, and charcoal roasted by Floating Leaves Tea in the Pacific Northwest.

When a tea plant is allowed to grow without intervention, they must be strong and fight to survive in the elements. When harvested and brewed into tea, this vivacious life force presents itself as a potent tea energy.

After a second round in the roasting hut, this tea retains lots of complexity in the aroma: tropical fruit like pineapple and passionfruit, rose, honey and incense. The fire doesn't show in the form of heaviness or toastiness, rather it's become smoother around the edges, and brought more roundness to the entire presentation.

The broth is more free to travel deeper in the body and provides a long comforting aftertaste.

A clean, energetically strong tea with ample complexity in aroma.
