Cascadia Dong Ding


After months in the charcoal laboratory, we've finally got a version of our own charcoal roasted Dong Ding that is ready to go out into the world. This tea base material is from our dear friend Farmer Su that makes the Dong Ding Tradtional A.



A bold, brothy tea with notes of mineral and a fruit scent. This tea has solid throat feeling, good mouthwatering and a rich texture. This is a humble, honest tea.

Because Dong Ding requires multiple roasts, we only have this one small batch that is finished. We're looking forward to finishing more Dong Ding in the next roasting session.
